The international workshop on CSA was held on 25-26 July 2024 in Beijing China, more than 50 participants attended the event ( Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development PRC, FAO, IFPRI, USA, Thailand, Vietnam, Pakistan, etc.,), which has been instrumental in fostering technology innovation for synergistic adaptation and mitigation strategies. The training programme and outreach are undergoing, aiming to identify and demonstrate the adaptive technologies regarding local circumstances and practical feasibility, aligning with the principles of the APN strategies, ensuring that the solutions are both feasible and sustainable. The workshop discussed climate change risks to agricultural systems in the Asia-Pacific region, enhanced the practical capacity of CSA and established a platform and action plan for future cooperation. The workshop provided a platform for experts and scholars from different countries and internal regions to exchange and promote international cooperation and exchange in CSA, and contribute to joint activities to address climate change challenges.
