This report presents findings from locally led adaptation initiatives in Fiji, Nepal, and Vietnam under the AOA2023-01MY-Shivakoti APN project. Across the three sites, the report examines how communities experience climate risks and how Indigenous, Traditional and Local Knowledge (ITLK) can strengthen adaptation planning, livelihoods, and resilience. In Fiji, the study documents community responses to drought, sea-level rise, coastal erosion, flooding, water insecurity, and livelihood pressures, highlighting locally developed practices that combine traditional and contemporary knowledge. In Nepal, findings emphasise gaps between national climate commitments and local planning, alongside the need to preserve and integrate Indigenous knowledge and strengthen community participation. In Vietnam, the Van Ho Model Case Site demonstrates a community-driven framework linking climate adaptation, cultural resilience, agroecological transformation, participatory governance, and Innovation Hubs, with particular attention to women, youth, and ethnic minority communities.
