The workshop was conducted to finalize the Charter Statements that will be integrated into the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) of La Union. It employed a combination of theoretical lectures and practical, hands-on sessions involving representatives from various local government units (LGUs), national government agencies, and academic institutions. The objective was to formulate a comprehensive Development Thrust and identify appropriate Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) aligned with the province’s vision.
