The primary objective of this publication is to showcase the viability of small-scale rainwater harvesting ponds in the uplands; serve as a vehicle of disseminating the lessons and experiences that were generated from the project implementation; and building on these lessons and experiences, replicate the project in other upland farming communities in the Philippines. The authors hope this publication will inspire local government units and other development workers to work collaboratively towards enhancing adaptive capacity of the upland farming communities in the Philippines.
