Prof. Sam Wouthuyzen is a research professor at Research Center for Oceanography BRIN (previously known as LIPI). He has worked for LIPI since 1980 until now. His research interest is ocean colour remote sensing, migration of tropical eels, and coastal dynamic. Sam is also a visiting professor at the Graduate School of Natural Sciences, University of Indonesia. He obtained BSc from IPB University, Indonesia, and a PhD from Nagasaki University, Japan.
