Nimisha is a Senior Research Analyst at IRADe. Her primary area of research includes climate resilience, climate governance, and gender inclusive climate policy in Asia and Europe. In addition, she was also involved in the knowledge management at Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN) and assessment of States’ capacity for climate change and build their coping capacities. At IRADe, she is responsible for research, analysis, and project management on climate change induced heat stress and disasters in India and South Asia.
