Hybrid Workshop: Bridging Climate Communication – Lessons from Malaysia and Indonesia

About the workshop

The Monash Climate Change Communication Research (MCCCRH) Malaysia node is organising this workshop as part of the Asia Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN) funded project: Building capacity through co-production in Indonesia and Malaysia to address the climate change communication gap between scientific and lay audiences through journalists. The workshop aims to disseminate key findings from the Malaysia–Indonesia climate communication project, share lessons learned from stakeholder co-production and cross-country collaboration, introduce and demonstrate the climate communication resource bank for journalists, facilitate dialogue between researchers, journalists, policymakers, and civil society on future pathways and identify opportunities for scaling up, institutionalisation, and regional collaboration.
