NATIONAL (with Thailand providing expertise). This project proposed to develop research capacity in Vietnam, which will base on experience of SEA START RC on climate change study in the Southeast Asia region. Activity would include training on local climate change risk assessment through the analysis of regional climate scenarios and to apply relevant data extracted from climate scenarios on climate change impacts analysis. Moreover, process and procedure to assess community risk and vulnerability to climate change will be customized to fit local context. This capacity building will be conducted through training and workshop exercise.
