Tshering Cheki

Tshering Cheki is currently a lecturer at College of Science and Technology, Royal University of Bhutan. She has obtained her Masters in Geotechnical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2019. Before that, she obtained her degree in Civil Engineering from College of Science and Technology. Her research interest is primarily in the area of Geotechnical Engineering cases and slope stability analysis including field investigation, laboratory geotechnical testing and numerical modelling. She has been conducting research and works as a lecturer at College of Science and Technology since 2013. She declares a strong passion for teaching, and likes to use open-source software such as SLOPE/W, FlAC 2D, Geo 5 and Plaxis 2D to solve significant geotechnical problems.
