MSc Toan Phan Viet is a full-time staff at Quang Tri Agricultural Extension Center, Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. As an agricultural engineer, he has more than twelve years of experience and a strong background in building agricultural models for farmers and giving them the progress of science and technology. He is an expert in multimedia communication, organic agriculture, extension and rural development, poverty reduction, and climate change.
