Sumit Sen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Hydrology and Head, Centre of Excellence in Disaster Mitigation & Management, IIT Roorkee. His research interests mainly focus on Field and modeling experiments to investigate water movement through various watershed components, Understanding Surface Runoff Generation Mechanisms; Rainfall-Runoff Modeling; Hillslope Hydrology; Watershed Management; Low-cost hydrometry instrumentation.
