Dr Sudeshna is a climate change adaptation researcher and her doctoral research at TERI School of Advanced Studies was funded by the Himalayan Adaptation, Water and Resilience (HI-AWARE) Research on Glacier and Snowpack Dependent River Basins for Improving Livelihoods program under CARIAA. She has previously worked with government, research and industry partners in climate action implementation projects in India. She also managed the climate action department at an NPO focusing on climate-smart agriculture, water management and forestry. Dr Sen has been involved in CRECS2020-06MY-Maharjan from September 2021 to September 2022.
