Ms Sengphasouk Xayavong is working at the Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment, Department of Water Resources since August 2008 with the main tasks of water resources management and planning, water utilization, flood and drought management.  She is a National focal point of the ASEAN Working Group on Water Resources Management (AWGWRM), Alternate Steering Committee member of Lao Water Partnership (Global Water Partnership).
