A/Prof.Dr. Le Thi Hoa Sen got her PhD degree in Germany in 2005 in the field of Project and Regional planning. She is currently Vice Dean of the faculty of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, Hue university of Agriculture and Forestry. Her research and teaching focus on Agricultural Extension Methods; Climate Change Adaptation; and Sustainable Livelihoods. She has published more than 40 papers and 14 books in the field of farmers’ adoption decision; Community development; and households’ climate resilience. Mrs. Sen is also a member of the Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services and Asian Pacific Network for Rural Advisory Services.
