She has been working with Jan Chetna Sansthan for the last 30 years. In which she had worked for rights of tribal community and for their education, health and their livelihood, leadership development under women empowerment, issues of adolescent girls, water forest land, PESA, forest rights, MNREGA, Panchayati Raj empowerment, financial inclusion and advocating need based challenges along with other organizations like Right to Information and Employment Campaign, Mahila Kisan Adhikar Manch and Right to Food Campaign, actively participating in Shamlat campaign for the rights of communities.
