Dr Sci. Rachmat Fajar Lubis graduated from Chiba University, Japan and has a Hydrogeology Master degree from Institute Technology Bandung (ITB), Indonesia. He has been mainly dealing with groundwater due to anthropogenic activity and its relation with other water bodies as an environmental service. He is experienced as a National Research Coordinator and has been actively involved in many scientific document preparations for the Indonesian Government. After working as Head of Groundwater Resilience research group at Research Center for Geotechnology, Indonesian Institute of Science (LIPI), since September 2021, he is joint at National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) as the sole national government research agency.
