MSc. Que Hoang Thi Hong is a full-time lecturer and researcher at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, Vietnam. She has more than 12 years of teaching experience and more than 25 years of scientific research and consulting in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development. She is an expert in organic agriculture, natural resource management, poverty reduction and livelihood development.
