Pratik Singh Thakuri is an Assistant Professor at Nepal Engineering College-Center for Postgraduate Studies (necCPS), Nepal. His research interest is in the domain of semi-distributed hydrological modeling, flood forecasting, water resources assessments and watershed management. Mr. Singh Thakuri has authored and published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He has also been on the editorial board of a couple of peer-reviewed journals. He has a vast range of exposure in different sectors of water resources that include, academia, research organizations and development organizations. Mr. Singh Thakuri holds a Master’s in Water Resources Engineering and Management from UNESCO-Madanjeet Center for South Asia Water Management, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from Kathmandu University, Nepal.
