Dr Thanh Mai Ha is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Rural Development, Vietnam National University of Agriculture. She yielded her PhD degree in economics from Massey in 2020. She and her team have been rewarded two research grants from APN (2018, 2020) and two from the International Foundation of Science (IFS) in 2019 and 2021 to conduct studies on food choice, household food security and climate change adaptation in Southeast Asia. She was also a recipient of the Summer Scholar Award of Massey University, New Zealand in 2019 and the Donna Brennan Award from Australasia Agricultural and Resource Economics Society in 2020. Dr Ha is an invited reviewer for multiple prestigious journals like the British Food Journal, Food Control, and Food International. She has been titled “Associate Fellow” of the Higher Education Academy, UK. She is looking forward to collaborating with scholars worldwide in studies in behavioural economics, especially consumer food choice.
