Ms. Ma. Armie Janica P. Ramirez is a forester and a University Research Associate I at the Institute of Agroforestry of the College of Forestry and Natural Resources-University of the Philippines Los Baños (IAF-CFNR-UPLB). As a researcher, she has been involved in various research projects related to food security, climate change adaptation and establishment of agroforestry model farms. Her other research interests are on forestry, silviculture, and sustainable upland farming.  Forester Ramirez obtained her Master of Science in Forestry minor in Environmental Science from UPLB.
