Linlin is an assistant researcher at the Institute of Ecological and Sustainable Development, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. She got her Ph.D. in the project of Model Public Planning, Policy Design, and Management at the University of Palermo. She also studied at the System Dynamics Group, University of Bergen, and Business Administration, Radboud University as a visiting student. She currently works mainly focusing on applying system thinking and system dynamics for sustainable development, including ecological poverty alleviation, urban environmental governance, and sustainable cities.
