Dr. Emerson V. Barcellano is the former Dean of the College of Forestry and Environmental Development (CFED) and Campus Dean of the Kalinga State University (KSU) and now as the current Dean of the College of Forestry and Environmental Management, Isabela State University (ISU-CFEM), Philippines. He holds the academic rank as Professor VI since 2015 in recognition of his scholarly achievements.  He is a Registered Professional Forester, member of various scientific/technical and civic organizations.  He is an implementer of Government and Non-government funded projects/programs in relation to his field of interest.  He is vertically honed in the field of Forestry having earned his undergraduate and graduate programs at the Isabela State University and PhD degree in Forestry at the University of the Philippines Los Baňos (UPLB).
