Mr Gen (Gen’ichiro) Tsukada joined the APN as Director of the Secretariat on 1 August 2019. Mr Tsukada has been seconded from the Ministry of the Environment, Government of Japan (GoJ) and succeeded Mr Seiji Tsutsui in leading the Secretariat’s operational management and support for APN. Mr Tsukada has work experiences in the Netherlands (as Researcher of the National Personnel Authority, GoJ) for 5 months and in Indonesia (as JICA Long-term Expert) for 2 years and 9 months.
