Mr Suh Seung Oh serves as the Executive Director of the RRC-EA, overseeing its daily operations aimed at enhancing the implementation of the Ramsar Convention in East and Southeast Asia. He actively represents the organization at international forums, including the Ramsar Conference of the Contracting Parties (COP). He is recognised for his significant contributions to wetland capacity building and partnership building, leading Wetland City Accreditation.
