APN invites participants of the international scientific conference “Our Common Future under Climate Change” to take part in Parallel Session 3342: Responding to Climate Change by Capacity Building in Asia-Pacific, which will take place in UPMC Jussieu – Room 101 (Block 14/24), 4 place Jussieu – 75005 Paris, France, from 15:00-16:30, 9 July 2015.
