CAPaBLE Programme is being used to develop a feasibility study and educational programme for the MEEP, making use of extensive community consultation. This study will subsequently be used as the basis for implementing an initial partnership. If successful, it is hoped that this will form the basis for similar future initiatives in Cambodia and regionally.
