APN has always recognized that countries especially those in the developing world lack the scientific capacity required to undertake vulnerability assessments so as to make informed decisions on how best to reduce the risks associated with climate change. In line with the given philosophy, the present project will be undertaking capacity-building activities to improve the ability of those from Pakistan.
