Uy Kamal

Deputy Director General, General Directorate of Environmental Knowledge and Information, Ministry of Environment, Cambodia

Mr Kamal Uy is the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Environment of the Royal Government of Cambodia and APN Scientific Planning Group member. He is also a Vice Chair of the National REDD+ Secretariat and a lecturer on climate change at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He graduated with a Master of Science degree 2006 from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.
