MSc. Pham Thi Tuyet May received her Master of Meteorology in 2012, at VNU University of Science, Vietnam. Now she is a climate change/meteorologist with 14 years of working experience. She has worked for various consultancy projects including national government funded projects and ODA projects such as USAID, ADB, JICA, WB… in the filed of, hydrological/hydraulic structure, climate change and disaster risk management and other relevant fields of water environment. By her technical expertise, she is also a seasoned project manager in projects related to earth science in general and hydrometeorology in particular.
