Dr Tsogtbaatar Jamsran has worked with the Research Institute of Geo-ecology of Mongolian Academy of Sciences for 23 years. Mr Tsogtbaatar received his PhD in forest management from the University of Forestry and Forest Technology, Sofia, Bulgaria. His expertise includes land cover change, REDD, climate change mitigation and forest biodiversity changes in terrestrial ecosystems. Mr Tsogtbaatar is APN’s SPG member for Mongolia and member of the International Council member of International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO).
