Mr. Trung Tuan Luong is a researcher at Hydrology and Oceanography Research Center under The Vietnam Institute of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change . He has professional expertise in applying advanced technology of GIS and remote sensing, IT to deal with water – related issues such as drought assessment and early warning, crop mapping and monitoring to support effective irrigation water use, flood mapping and analysis.
