Ms Tran Thi Nhu Ngoc is a dedicated lecturer and researcher at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Policy, Faculty of Economics and Management, Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA). She obtained her master’s degree in Regional and Rural Development Planning from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand and continues working on her PhD in the same field. Her teaching courses specialise in public policy, agricultural policy, agricultural economics, and agricultural extension methods. She has been actively involved in several research programs under funding of FAO, UNESCO, Hongkong Bank, Belgium, and the University of California, Davis, United States. Her research deals with sustainable farming systems, rural development, and policy examinations to help stabilise farmers and make them more resilient.
