Dr. Boonta is a lecturer in the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources at Mae Jo University. Mr. Teppitag Boonta has expertise in fish and amphibian breeding, plankton cultivation, and the production of fishery and aquaculture food from natural products, including insects. Known as Kit, Teppitag comes from the northern Thai province of Phayao.
