Prof. Dr Shin-ichi Onodera has over 30 years of research experience in natural and anthropogenic material cycle with water on a watershed scale in Japan and other Asian countries. His current work is mainly long term variation in water, nutrient and environmental issues in various catchments, and it is mainly supported by JSPS. He was the editor in Limnology for the special issue “Phosphorus cycling in watersheds” published in 2020.
