Ms Sanaa Zulfikar Causer is a water and sustainable development specialist with 18 years of experience in water resource management, capacity development and resource mobilisation. She serves as Director of External Relations and Resource Mobilisation at Hisaar Foundation where she contributes to strategic partnerships, institutional development and community-based water solutions across Pakistan. Previously, she served as Country Network Manager for Cap-Net Pakistan and led a three-year regional initiative on Women and Water in Central and South Asia, in collaboration with George Washington University and the US State Department. Earlier, she worked on affordable drip irrigation solutions for small farmers in Tharparkar.
