Saisiri Chaichana, Ph.D., is a lecturer at Songkhla Rajabhat University (SKRU), Thailand. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in polymer science and environmental management from Thailand’s Prince of Songkla University (PSU). She has skilled research in marine biogeochemistry with a doctor of philosophy in environmental sciences from the University of East Anglia (UEA), UK. Her current research has mostly focused on the following topics: microplastics and organic matter in marine and coastal environment, marine debris, and waste management.
