Mr. Ratha RIEN has been a field technician in 2016-2021 and a lecturer at National University of Battambang since 2021 until now. He teaches the following subjects: Vegetable Farming, Plant Health, Plant Protection, Weed Management, and Rice Food System.

In the last five years, he has worked in Cambodia Sustainable Intensification and Diversification in rice Project which focused on sustainable rice production system included weeds management, pests management, planting methods etc.
