Dr Raj Deva Singh has experience of working as Scientist at National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee for about 25 years, and retired as Director, National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee. He has also worked as Adjunct Faculty and is presently working as Visiting Professor at Department of Water Resources Development and Management (DWRDM) at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Skilled research Engineer with Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University of Roorkee (Now IIT Roorkee) and Master of Science in Hydrology from University College Galway, Ireland with strong background in hydrology and water resources development and management. He is experienced in managing International as well as National projects as Director, National Institute of Hydrology Roorkee, India and in organizing International as well as National Training Programmes.
