Rafiani is an experienced government officer with a strong background in science, environment, agriculture, plantation management, and human resource capacity development. She currently serves as the Head of the Food Crops Division at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Livestock of Bengkalis Regency. She is known as a critical thinker, an initiator, and a professional committed to capacity building and sustainability. She is also active in academic activities as an instructor and has participated in various international programs.
