Mr. Propezite Nurhutama Mustain, M.Eng serves as a Water Resources Engineer at the Ministry of Public Works, Indonesia. He has extensive experience supporting hydrological management programs for River Basin Organizations under the Ministry of Public Works. His work includes the implementation of major loan-funded projects, such as the development of the National Modernization Water Resources Integrated Information System under the Strategic Irrigation Modernization and Urgent Rehabilitation Project (SIMURP) in 2023. He is also actively involved in the Flood Management in North Java Project (FMNJP), contributing to the development of a Flood Forecasting, Early Warning, and Flood Management System through an Earth Observation Portal (2024–present). His expertise focuses on integrated water resources management, irrigation modernization, and flood risk management at the national level.
