Mr Phousith Bakham is Deputy Head of the Administrative Division, Department of Planning and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Lao PDR. He has a strong background in agricultural economics and rural development with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in agricultural economics. He has more than 15 years’ experience in managing and supervising domestic and foreign private investments in the agricultural sector in Lao PDR. Besides, he was a skilled project manager with three years being coordinator of project funded by Food and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) from conception to completion.
