Dr Noralfishah (Dr Nora) is an Associate Professor at KANZU Research: Resilient Built Environment, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, and a leading expert in Smart and Resilient Cities, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Urban Governance. With over two decades of experience, she drives the development of intelligent and adaptive urban systems using AI, geospatial intelligence and data-driven tools. As Founding Director of KANZU Research, she has led major national and international projects and collaborated with diverse institutions worldwide. Her MOBILISE Project won First Place (Academia Category) at the 2025 National Geospatial Awards.
