Dr. Sangcharoen is a lecturer in the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources at Mae Jo University. Nongpanga has expertise in fishery microbiology, fishery product development, natural microbiological agents, and food safety. She also has an interest in the development of safe aquaculture products for local consumption and marketing.
