Currently, the Focal Person for the Research and Development Unit Head where he facilitates projects and activities related to promoting and implementing the R&D agenda of DOST Region 2 (Carig, Tuguegarao City). He has also experienced as a Production and Research Manager where he led his team in the field of RND (Research and Development) on Tobacco production. These include the establishment of a demo farm and conducting several kinds of research related to all activities from tobacco growing to curing. Among his many other works, he also facilitated and oversee the Sustainable Agriculture program, projects and activities in PLAN-covered communities back in 2009 in Ilagan Isabella.
