Ms. Maria Lourdes G. Ferrer is the Director of the Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB). Her fruitful career has spanned over 2 decades, leading different offices as director. She completed environmental management and policy courses at Galilee College in Israel and Macquarie University in Australia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Development Economics from the University of the Philippines and a master’s degree in Environmental Management from the Philippine Women’s University. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, Director Ferrer excels in planning, policy-making, and field operations for environmental and natural resource management.
