Dr. Le received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. His Ph.D. dissertation leverages the use of Earth observations in hydrological applications in developing countries. Currently, his work focuses on designing and implementing an agricultural yield prediction system using satellite-based soil moisture. This system is being developed at the Hydrological Sciences Laboratory of NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.
