Dr Sabino is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Forestry and Forest Governance, College of Forestry and Natural Resources, University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). She obtained her doctorate degree in Environmental Science with minors in Community Development and Social Forestry at UPLB in 2016. Her research interests are on climate change vulnerability, impacts, adaptation and disaster related topics, human and livelihood security, agroforestry and community development as well sustainable mangrove rehabilitation.
