Dr. Ling Huang is an Associate Professor at Shanghai University. Her work focuses on evaluating emission control policies, modeling secondary organic aerosol formation, performing source apportionment, and improving soil nitrogen oxide emission estimates to understand their contributions to ozone formation and public health outcomes.
