Ms Lendl H. Meniado has been involved in the development sector for nearly a decade. Before joining ICLEI, she worked with national government agencies in implementing development programs and projects focusing on tourism development and biodiversity conservation. She also monitored and evaluated foreign-funded projects related to coastal and marine biodiversity. As a licensed Environmental Planner, she has been part of technical teams in formulating development plans and policies, impact assessment studies, and planning works, which included surveys, workshops, and focus group discussions for both the public and private sectors. She was involved in the implementation of Climate Resilient Cities funded by USAID where she facilitated Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (CDRA) trainings and writeshops for the five (5) project cities.
She earned units for her Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines- Diliman where she also finished her Bacherlor’s Degree in Tourism.
