Currently, Dr Alejo is a faculty member working as a researcher at the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at the Isabela State University. She is involved in various research projects focusing on land and water resources as well as agrometeorology. Additionally, she has experience in dealing with crop, watershed and irrigation modelling and is a GIS specialist.
